Job Summary:

Help people make friends. Adults with developmental disabilities can have a difficult time connecting with the broader community and living fully engaged lives. You can help someone have the rich experience all people need.

We are looking for Full Time Community Inclusion Specialist in our in the Snohomish County area. The right candidate is passionate about creating inclusive and welcoming communities. Together we can make a positive impact and support individuals in advocating for their own relationships in the community. Apply and be part of advancing the potential.

Wage: $20.00-20.40 hour
Program: #20

Location(s): Everett Area
Shifts: Typical shift is days but may occasionally work irregular hours

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check
  • Some experience- personal or professional- with folks with developmental disabilities.

Licensing and Certifications:

  • Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (paid by SA)
  • Current driver license, car, and car insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher.
