Summary of Responsibilities:
Under the general direction of the Fiscal Director C&Y, this role is responsible for a program's fiscal operations. This role ensures the day-to-day operations are financially sound and maintains the financial health of their area of responsibility. Duties are conducted in adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulations and in accordance with the Mission, Values, and Vision of the organization.
Essential Functions:
Budget Management: Prepare, review, and audit Needs Based Budgets on an ongoing basis. Ensure practices are fiscally sound and align with best practices. Maintains general ledger for assigned areas.
Reporting: Complete required reports on an ongoing basis throughout the year.
Purchasing and Contract Management: Ensure that purchased services are adhering to contract stipulations through ongoing monitoring and auditing.
Collaborate: Partner with internal and external business partners to support collaborative efforts and ensure that practices align with the organizational Mission, Vision, and Values.
Coach: Supervise assigned staff and encourage/foster an engaged team of professionals.
Policy Development and Management: Assess, create, and implement policies that support sound business practices and align with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; at least five years of experience working with Mental Health, IDD, Children, and Youth or within a generalized fiscal leadership position.
Employment Requirements:
Automobile and Valid Insurance, Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Check, Act 33 and Act 34 Clearances, FBI Fingerprint Clearance, Social Security Card, Immigration and Naturalization (I-9), Drug Screening Clearance
Working Conditions:
Office setting, either within a dedicated workspace or open-concept work environment; being comfortable communicating and meeting through virtual technology; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
