The Procurement Clerk will perform administrative and clerical duties for the purchasing department.

Essential Functions

• Provides administrative and clerical support to the department.
• Types of reports, purchase orders, memoranda, and other documents.
• Research vendors and collect prices, specifications, and other data related to goods and services.
• Establishes and maintains a recordkeeping system for purchasing department.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Provides administrative and clerical support to the department.
• Types of reports, purchase orders, memoranda, and other documents.
• Research vendors and collect prices, specifications, and other data related to goods and services.
• Establishes and maintains a recordkeeping system for purchasing department.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• At least one year of clerical experience preferred.
• At least one year of Procurement experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
