This position is located at Servcorp’s Chicago North Wacker location.
At Servcorp you manage your own area in its entirety and therefore you can see how you and your team are performing. There are a number of measures on a monthly basis including your Profit and Loss statement, sales conversion rates, client termination churn and team turnover churn. In this role you will champion the following.
Sales, Client Engagement & Retention:
· All center revenue sales including center offices and technology, support services and virtual office packages.
· New business development activities including local marketing efforts, sales programs and promotional events.
· Maintain a successful track record of revenue management and sales goals achievements.
· Ensure customer retention and revenue growth focusing on 5-star customer service; always say yes and have a “do it now” attitude.
Team Management
· Create a positive and enjoyable work environment.
· Hire a great team of skilled, motivated individuals
· Hold team meetings to motivate, educate & reward your team
· Discuss with your team the client’s business; find out what the clients need and how we can assist/help them.
· Train, motivate and lead center team members in delivering a best in class serviced office customer experience.
Budget Setting & Expense Tracking
· Achieve center profitability standards, expenses, and revenue targets.
· Review and compare your performance in the current period against the previous month and previous year.
· Know your projections for the month and year.
Experience and Requirements
We’d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:
· 5 to 7 years or equivalent customer service and sales experience in hospitality, marketing, multi-unit retail, startups, finance, consulting, or related experience.
· 2 years of management experience of leading a team made up of individual contributors.
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or other related degrees.
· A positive attitude, an eye for details and problem-solving skills.
· Understanding and experience leading a team.
· Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, project management, and business operations experience.
· Like challenges, and embraces change in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience as a confident leader who can deliver high standards, motivate a team and add value to the Servcorp international network.
· Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion.
