Seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic salesperson for our Virtual Office Manager role. The Virtual Office Managers at Servcorp are key players in building and maintaining business relationships.

Virtual offices are for small businesses who aren't ready to commit to renting a full office suite, but want the benefits of a prestigious mailing address and a reception team to answer phones and perform administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Convert virtual office and coworking leads into clients
• Increase virtual office sales
• Increase revenue month on month and year on year
• Maintain financial operations for your site's virtual office business including reconciling client accounts
• Lead local marketing efforts and promotional events
• Build strong relationships to ensure customer retention, focusing on 5-star customer service
• Maintain CRM leads
• P&L review

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or other related degrees
• 2 to 5 years or equivalent customer service and sales experience in hospitality, marketing, multi-unit retail, startups, finance, consulting, or related experience.
• A positive attitude, an eye for details and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience as a confident leader who can deliver high standards, motivate a team and add value to the Servcorp international network
• Highly proficient technical skills
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50lbs

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
