Math Instructor
Location: McKinney, TX, 75069
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Math Instructor to join our team. The Math Instructor will be responsible for teaching math courses to students of all ages and levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and a passion for teaching.
Responsibilities:
- Teach math courses to students of all ages and levels
- Create lesson plans and instructional materials
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Communicate with parents and guardians about student progress
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to improve curriculum and teaching methods
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and grades
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in math education
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
- Teaching certification or equivalent experience
- Experience teaching math courses to students of all ages and levels
- Strong knowledge of mathematics and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
