Serra Gaucha Brazilian in Peoria, AZ is looking for one gaucho ( meat server) to join our 34 person strong team. Gauchos are considered front of the house so you will have a lot of interaction with the guest. Appearance and work ethic are key. This is a tipped position just like the servers. Pay ranges from $1000-$1800 bi-weekly We are located on 16160 N 83 Rd Ave. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Prep meats.
• Cut and marinate the meats.
• Know all the meat cuts.
• Know how to cook from rare to well done.
• Be able to keep track of 30 meats cooking at the same time.
• Know how to sharpen a knife.
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Works well with others in a team environment. 

Qualifications

• Must be able to work full-time 35-40/week
