SERPE-CO is a commerical contracting company that specializes in concrete restoration. Our work rages from West Palm Beach - Miami Dade.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional for the position of Progress Billing | AIA Billing. This role will be responsible for managing progress billing and AIA billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills and experience with various accounting software, including Quantum. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit progress billings in accordance with contract terms and project milestones

- Review contracts and project documentation to ensure accurate billing

- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve billing discrepancies or issues

- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of billing information

- Process accounts payable related to progress billing

- Maintain documentation and records related to progress billing activities

- Assist with month-end close activities as needed

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders

- Proficiency in technical accounting principles and practices

- Experience using Quantum or similar accounting software

- Knowledge of account reconciliation processes

- Familiarity with accounts payable procedures

- Understanding of AIA billing concepts is a plus

- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
