Our company is seeking a Printer Operator/Technician to join our team - we will provide all necessary training. The Printer Operator/Technician will be responsible for daily product printing, machine maintenance, and ensuring that all printing equipment is functioning properly, producing high-quality prints, and providing technical support when issues arise.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain printing equipment, including Mutoh printers and Boss Lasers, ensuring that all machines are functioning at maximum efficiency and quality.
• Inspect and maintain the machines to ensure that they are clean, lubricated, and calibrated for accurate printing.
• Identify and troubleshoot printing issues, identify the root cause, and provide technical support and solutions to ensure that production is not interrupted.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs performed on the printing equipment.
• Ensure that the printing equipment is always stocked with necessary supplies, including ink, toner, and paper.
• Communicate effectively with other team members, including designers and production staff, to ensure that printing jobs are completed according to the clients' specifications and timelines.
• Pick, Pack, and Ship items in the warehouse. Lifting up to 50 lbs, many times each day.
• Saturdays are required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical degree or certification in printing technology is a plus!
• Experience in printing operations and maintenance, with specific experience in Mutoh printers and Boss Lasers preferred but not required.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve printing issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams related to printing equipment.
• Experience in maintaining and repairing printing equipment, including replacing parts and adjusting machines for optimal performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members and clients.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
