The Marketing Intern is a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. Marketing Intern Responsibilities -

• Social Media Management: Develop and implement a 12-month content calendar for our social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content that aligns with our brand values and marketing objectives.
• Website Management: Update the landing page of our careers website to make it more attractive and informative for potential candidates, including SEO optimization and content updates.
• Campaign Creation: Design and execute communication campaigns tailored to our established employee personas, aimed at attracting potential candidates and enhancing our employer brand.
• Content Creation: Organize and acquire more photos and videos for corporate marketing purposes. This includes planning photoshoots, coordinating with team members, and ensuring content is on-brand and high-quality.
• Corporate Communications: Assist with various corporate communications tasks, including drafting newsletters, press releases, and other materials as needed.
• Transparency and Engagement: Manage our presence on job boards, including updating listings and responding to reviews. This involves maintaining our transparency and actively engaging with our audience.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program pursuing marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of good departmental and company safety/housekeeping/PPE practices
• Understands departmental procedures and policies
