Seretta Construction is a national industry leader in Tilt-Up and Commercial Concrete Construction. Operating out of Orlando, Florida, Charlotte, North Carolina and Austin, Texas, we contract work throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southwest. We are currently seeking a qualified person to fill the position of Marketing Manager. This position will create advertising campaigns, direct mailings, newsletters, brochures, update the Company website and establish a strong social media presence for the Company. Position will create/maintain data base with client and contact information as well as project histories.

A bachelor s degree in Marketing or related field is required. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional who is creative, energetic and forward thinking. Previous experience in the construction industry, specifically concrete construction, is a plus but not required.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Plan marketing and branding objectives.
• Prepare marketing strategies alongside other Company executives and staff.
• Oversee creation, quality and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Design print ads and publications.
• Create content, layout for quarterly newsletter.
• Create content for use on social media including video and photography
• Website design and maintenance.
• Responsible for external imaging of the Company.
• Work with Project Managers to know the completion of projects and tasks.
• Communicate with our President about marketing goals and results.
• Monitor and update the Company s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users.
• Develop and maintain an extensive social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Google Reviews, and others.)
• Set up and optimize Company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of Company s social content.
• Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
• Responsible for all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
• Work with HR Department (Job fairs, events, promotions, among others activities)
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• 5% out of town traveling.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required; Master s degree preferred.
• At least three years of experience in a related field.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
