Serenity Storage is Hiring a Property Manager Near Lebanon, MO

Serenity Storage is a family-owned business seeking a Property Manager for an opening in Lebanon Missouri. We are looking for someone who is energetic and proactive who is looking for a career. Applicant must have excellent people skills, a positive attitude, and the willingness to have the chance for great earnings through base pay and benefits

Responsibilities:

-Provide outstanding customer service by overseeing all operations for a self-storage facility

-Keep properties occupied with tenants through lead follow up and unit showings for prospective tenants

- Complete rental agreements, assist prospective and current tenants, collect current and delinquent rents, enforce terms of rental agreement, and resolve customer complaints

-Schedule or perform light duty maintenance and repairs, do daily walk around inspections of all units, and keep all properties clean of trash and debris

-Keep an open dialogue with upper management about vacancies, tenants, condition of property, any other aspect of the storage business

-Manage all maintenance projects with in house staff or contractors

Qualifications:

· Self-storage or property management preferred but not required, we will train the right candidate

· Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent

· Excellent customer service skills

· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

· Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance (paid milage)

· Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

· Dependable and self-motivated

· Willingness to work outside year-round to clean units and maintain properties and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds

· Basic computer skills and an understanding of Microsoft office products

· Accurate filing and record keeping skills

Benefits:

- Paid vacation after one year

-401K (up to 25% per year contributed by employer)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
