Serenity Mesa Recovery Center is an adolescent sober living and recovery center in Albuquerque, NM, under the ownership and direction of Healing Addiction in our Community (HAC), a New Mexico non-profit corporation. Residents enter this program after completing drug rehabilitation and/or detoxification, for the purpose of ongoing recovery and transitional services.

The Behavioral Health/Security Tech's overnight staff ensure the overall safety and security of the property primary responsibility is to work with other direct support staff on duty to help meet the needs of the residents, develop and maintain a positive, healthy relationship with the residents. This position reports to the Behavioral Health Tech Supervisor. Benefits to include health care and paid time off are available.

Duties of a Behavioral Health Tech include, but are not limited to:

• room searches and "people" searches
• Documented hourly bed/perimeter checks
• cleaning, maintenance of the property as needed
• transporting residents in the event of an emergency
• Overnight includes cleaning of facility and Security oversight of property and residents

This is a full time position the schedule is Monday through Wednesday 10pm to 10am

• Experience working with at-risk youth desirable
• MUST be able to pass CYFD background check AND a driving record check
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Security exp a plus
