Serenity Healthcare is Hiring a Telehealth Nurse Near Lehi, UT

Requirements

1. Willing and able to work full-time, on-site at our Lehi, Utah clinic

2. An active, unrestricted, compact RN or LPN license

What you'll do:

Communicate with collaborating physicians regarding patient care.
Assist with applicable medication refill requests.
Assist physicians with answering questions about medications over the phone, and through our online patient portal.
Educate patients about health maintenance.
Maintain accurate patient electronic medical records.
Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.

What We are Looking For

Experience with outpatient EHR systems such as eclinicalworks.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to show care and compassion for patients through phone calls, and online messages
Willingness to be flexible and adapt as situations require.
Capability to remain calm if patient becomes distressed.
