Serenity Healthcare is Hiring a Patient Care Manager (non-RN) Near Phoenix, AZ

Established in 2017, Serenity is a healthcare start-up in high-growth mode with multiple sites in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and Utah.
Serenity is hiring a non-RN Patient Care Manager for our Chandler-Ahwatukee office. This position is part of our management succession plan, with fast growth opportunity into a full leadership role within Serenity (i.e. Operations Management, Regional Management, etc.). The primary responsibility is to connect with our patients and promote the right medical solutions needed to take back their lives. Other responsibilities include connecting with our patients and providing them with compassion and understanding, as well as educating them on Transcranial Magnetic Situation (TMS) and Ketamine Infusion therapy . An ideal candidate will have experience with medical based sales, and thrive in a positive, results-driven atmosphere. This is a unique entry level opportunity for professional leadership development within a fast-growing company.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver a stellar face-to-face sales experience at our clinics, by promoting the various treatment options Serenity provides.
  • Be able to overcome customer objections and effectively promote Serenity's healthcare options.
  • Passionately educate every customer about TMS and Ketamine Infusion therapy.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging environment for members and peers.
  • Be the nucleus for patient communications during and after treatments.
  • Record patient assessment data into our Electronic Health Records system.
  • Consult with members to gather pertinent information regarding current symptoms, mental health status and medication history.

  • At least one year of target or commission-based sales experience preferred
