Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Patient Advocate. As a Patient Advocate, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to patients in a mental healthcare setting. This position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to patient care.
Duties:
- Provide personalized care and support to patients
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of consultation rooms and common areas
- Educate patients on treatment techniques and promote TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation)
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients
- Advocate for patient rights and ensure their needs are met
-Understand patients insurance qualifications and be able to explain them to patients
-Make notes regarding patients medications and therapy trials
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a healthcare or a sales role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic anti depressant medication and patient confidentiality laws
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Compassionate and empathetic nature towards patients' needs

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
