Serenity Healthcare is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near Gilbert, AZ

Receptionist
Serenity is looking for receptionists for our Arizona area offices. As a receptionist you will provide support to our patients by creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere, having genuine conversations, and developing memorable experiences for them to receive the best care. We are looking for people who thrive in social interactions and find gratification in improving someone’s day. We are looking for people who can work 13-hour shifts, 3 days a week. This is a great opportunity to grow your career and make a difference for those who need it most.
What You Will Do
  • Extend a warm greeting to each patient and attempt to make a meaningful conversation.
  • Help patients feel valued by creating rapport, remembering their names, their interests, and stories.
  • Build patient trust by answering questions, addressing worries, respecting boundaries, and being sensitive to their individual challenges.
  • Rotate through various office administration tasks throughout the day.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
  • Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a reception or personal customer service industry.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service
