Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Support clients with mobility assistance and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status to the supervising administrator
Qualifications:
- Experience in a healthcare setting, such as assisted living, nursing home, or memory care
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality
- Ability to provide compassionate care to individuals with dementia or memory care needs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or completion of a state-approved training program
