Position Description

Serco-NA is actively seeking a motivated individual to provide conversion migration support to the United States Air Force Civil Engineering NexGen project. In this role, you will work with our dynamic NexGen team to support base migration deployment activities for the Air Force customer. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful design, analysis and development of software and conversion process solutions to the Air Force CE community across more than 200 bases worldwide. This position is 100% remote. 

This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer your Secret clearance

In this role, you will:

• Work as a consulting team member or an individual technical consultant on product implementation, enhancement, integration or audit projects
• Demonstrate expertise on work efforts that are focused on the analysis of the customer's business goals, objectives, needs and the general business environment to solve technical problems
• Demonstrate familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures from a business perspective
• Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Perform a variety of complicated tasks
• May lead and direct the work of others
• Exhibit a wide degree of creativity and latitude
• Demonstrate expertise on troubleshooting and configuring TRIRIGA workflows, reports, and forms

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $100,8386.00 to $167,310.00; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills. 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A U.S. citizenship
• An active DoD Secret clearance
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
• 2 years of experience in data conversion/migration or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in TRIRIGA workflow configuration/development
• Experience in TRIRIGA loading data using tools such as DataConnect, Data Integrator, Integration Object, or Business Connect
• Experience in TRIRIGA creating reports
• A strong understanding of Oracle database technologies, PL/SQL, SQL skills, and troubleshooting/debugging skills
• Knowledge of Putty and Linux commands
• Experience using SOAP XML based web service APIs or similar technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• The ability to travel 10%

 Additional desired experience and skills:

• Knowledge of Air Force CE Community
• IBM Certified Application Developer Certification
• Experience working with federal government programs, particularly DoD
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence
• Recent software or integration-related development experience, Java/JavaScript greatly preferred.
• An understanding of Agile development methodology preferred.
