Serco is seeking a Military Program Analyst to support the Navys Constellation Class Frigate (FFG 62), and Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV) at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). This position is eligible for teleworking.
Our customer is NAVSEA / PMS 339 Program Office for strategic program planning, policy, acquisition, life-cycle management, and technical insertion, for all existing and future Navy Surface Training platforms. Become a member of the Serco Team and help us deliver quality training for the US Navy and our ultimate customer, the US Navy Sailor. This position supports PMS 339 in the acquisition, stand-up, and lifecycle training support for the Navys newest ship classes FFG 62 and USV. In this role you will evaluate training plans for training systems supporting new construction and acquisition programs. You will also work with various stakeholders to assess the feasibility of proposed approaches to training and provide acquisition expertise. The ideal candidate will possess experience in one of several US Navy combatant ship mission areas, such as Anti-Air Warfare (AAW), Surface Warfare (SW) or Anti-Subsurface Warfare (ASW).
