Position Description

Serco is looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our Air Force Depot Maintenance Accounting and Production System Time and Attendance. This individual will use their skills and expertise to breakdown user stories, provide system testing and operational support for the web based Time and Attendance system. You will be part of a team comprised of government personnel and contractors that work closely with DISA and other programs to provide quality support. Our team has been recognized by the US Air Force as providing top quality services in support of the customers.

This position is 100% remote.

In this role, you will:

• Work collaboratively on Agile teams and can complete user stories independently with minimal oversight and guidance.
• Develop and manage tasks using tools such as Zephyr, JIRA and Confluence.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organization; contributes to acceptance/functional testing duties and part of incremental feature development.
• Adhere to, promote, and maintain development and testing standards and best practices
• Assist development/test teams in activities with acceptance testing, load testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning as required.
• Communicate committed stories for the upcoming sprint to backlog owners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• US Citizenship
• High School Diploma/GED
• 4 years of experience in system testing
• The ability to obtain a NACI Clearance

• Oracle and PL/SQL experience

• Ability to Travel up to 10%

Additional desired experience and skills:

• Air Force Depot Maintenance experience
• Agile experience (including the Atlassian suite)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Git or Git-based tools (e.g., Bitbucket).
