This position supports the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps team as a prime contractor providing professional support services and engineering expertise to various systems commands, R&D, and waterfront activities. You will support a business unit providing critical functional-area expertise for program executives and program offices to manage ACAT I and II programs, to include surface combatants, submarines, aircraft carriers, and associated weapons systems.
You will be part of a team of contract administrators collaborating with Serco line management and corporate back-office functions, such as Accounting, Finance, Legal, Data Protection, Security, and Tax to ensure successful contract performance. You will develop effective, positive working relationships with both internal business partners and external clients. The workload is challenging and fast-paced, but substantive training and mentoring opportunities are available.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $62,704.34 to $101,895.84; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
