SEQUOYAH POINTE LIVING CENTER is Hiring a Director of Social Services Near Owasso, OK
Sequoyah Pointe Living Center is looking for a Social Services Director to join our team! We have competitive pay and PTO in as soon as 6 months of employment, as well as medical, dental, and supplemental insurances.
$300 SIGN-ON BONUS - $1,000 LONGEVITY BONUS - UNLIMITED $300 REFERRAL BONUSES!!
** WE WILL PURCHASE YOUR KIDS SCHOOL SUPPLIES FOR GRADES K-12!**
You will be responsible for discharge planning, admissions paperwork, care plan meetings, assessments and interviews with residents, arranging transportation and doctor appointments, benefit verification for referrals, and maintaining timely and accurate documentation in PCC. We are a team-driven facility, so you will be asked to step in and help out, wherever needed, and the rest of your team is asked to do the same for you!
We take pride in all of our staff. You will be an advocate for our residents and we want you to excel in this role. Comprehensive training will be provided to assure your success as a Social Services/Activities Director with our company.
