What we are looking for:

Sepulveda is looking for full time material loaders, to work in our busy, outside yard. Must be able to effectively interact with customers, and preferably have some forklift experience.

Duties Yard/Forklift Operator (outside):

• Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
• Directs customers by escorting them to around the building material yard.
• Loads and stacks brick, block, cement, railroad ties, stepping stones, car stops, five (5) gallon containers, storage boxes, pipe, steel, and any other products sold.
• Inspects equipment which includes fluid levels, tires, gauges, lights, etc.
• Driving many types of equipment, i.e.; forklifts, skip loaders, and small trucks.
• Loads and unloads company and customer vehicles, vendor trucks
• Stacks and palatalizes the firewood.
• Assembles barbecues, wheelbarrows, and saws.
• Receive materials off of truck, signs for goods received and verify receipts.
• Cleans bathrooms, windows, floors, batch plant and trailers, and company vehicles.

The Laguna Niguel facility is a five-acre, super active yard.
