Septagon Construction is currently seeking a highly motivated and responsible candidate to join our growing team of construction professionals. Septagon is currently accepting resumes for a Full-Time Project Coordinator/Estimator. The position will be an integral part of our construction services team and will be responsible for estimating and project administration of commercial and industrial projects.
This position will utilize our estimating and project management software tools. Be capable of reviewing and understanding design documents as well as assessing risks and opportunities for success. Will solicit subcontractor and material pricing, prepare subcontracts and purchase orders, interact with subcontractors and suppliers throughout the construction process, provide general project administration including processing submittals, job cost analysis, and scheduling.
