Job Title: Accounts Payable (exempt)

Reports to: Finance Manager, North America

Looking for an individual to perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of Accounts Payable transactions.

EXPECTATIONS OF THIS ROLE:

• Managing all Accounts Payables
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
• Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner with adhering to departmental procedures
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books
• Processing employee expense reports
• Assisting in payroll on a rotation schedule

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or Associates Degree in related field combined with
• 2-3 years experience in Accounts Payable
• Must have proficient knowledge of Accounting practices
• Prior experience in an industrial environment a plus
• Must demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience with ERP tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Must be able to work out of the Warrendale office; 8a.m-5p.m. weekday
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
