Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated 5th Grade Elementary School Teacher to join our team in the vibrant Phoenix metro area. This is an immediate opening, and we are open to new graduates who have a strong passion for teaching and a commitment to making a positive impact on young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the state standards, fostering a love for learning in students.
• Classroom Management: Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and ensures the well-being of all students.
• Effective Teaching: Employ various teaching strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.
• Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess students' progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student performance.
• Zest for Teaching: Infuse energy and enthusiasm into lessons, inspiring a love for learning and encouraging students to ask questions and explore new ideas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any subject welcome
