Sentry Security is seeking a highly motivated and observant Security Guard to join our team in Fargo, ND. As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in protecting our clients' property and ensuring the safety of their employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity and enforce security measures.
• Conduct foot patrols and perform security checks of assigned areas to identify and report any suspicious activity.
• Monitor and control access to buildings and restricted areas.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, taking appropriate action to ensure safety.
• Write clear and concise reports of all incidents and observations.
• Ensure compliance with all security protocols and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to building occupants and visitors.
• May be required to operate security equipment, such as fire alarms and CCTV systems.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred, but not necessary.
• Will train the right candidate
• Excellent observation and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to walk, stand, and perform security checks for extended periods.
