Job Summary:

Sentry Living Solutions, a reputable provider of behavioral health services, is actively looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians who are willing to obtain their RBT certification to join our team! As an RBT at Sentry Living Solutions, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities. We offer comprehensive training for candidates without experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of individualized behavior support plans
• Collect and analyze data on client behaviors
• Provide direct care to clients and support their daily living needs
• Monitor and document progress on behavioral goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior support plans
• Attend trainings and meetings to maintain a high level of knowledge in the field

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
