Experience:

• Prior experience in caregiving or a similar role is desirable.
• Understanding of senior care principles and experience with autism care is beneficial.
• Knowledge of home care protocols and practices.
• Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting and assisting with mobility.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with individuals of diverse backgrounds.

Skills:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Certifications in First Aid and CPR are advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions effectively.

Positions are available for both full-time and part-time engagements, with expected hours ranging from 8 to 40 per week. Our scheduling is flexible, including day, evening, night, and overnight shifts, as well as holidays.
