We are now hiring in the Tallahassee area for an immediate start.

-Duties

- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment

- Implement access control measures to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises

- Remain professional and alert in appearance and action for this highly visible and prominent position. No prominent tattoos, facial piercings, or extravagant hairstyles permitted.

- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances

- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns

- Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized activities

- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and report any malfunctions or damages

- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities

-Requirements

- Military or Law Enforcement background required

- 4 years or more Security Experience

- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally

- Experience operating computer software and efficient typing skills

- First Aid/CPR certification preferred

- Excellent surveillance skills to identify potential security risks or threats

- Ability to remain alert, focused, and attentive during shifts

- Physical fitness to perform regular patrols and respond quickly in emergency situations
