At Sentinel Homecare, our caregivers are our front line and most common representative. As a Patient Care Aide - PCA, you will be caring for the elderly, vulnerable, disabled and most often those that cannot care for themselves. You are required to keep the client’s needs above all else and perform the following duties with the utmost care. Our office in Johnson City provides caregivers for the Northeast Tennessee area including Kingsport, Bristol, Greeneville, Elizabethton, Erwin, and many others.
We take the time to match our clients with the right caregiver through our CareMatch program. This program allows us to assess and understand our clients’ needs so that we can provide the best care possible. Our caregivers are trained in the Sentinel Way to ensure they meet our high standards of service.
We take great care in matching the right caregiver to the right client. By using behavioral assessment tools, we gain insight into our caregivers and match that to the needs and desires of our clients.
