As an Apprentice Carpenter at Sentinel Builders, you will have the opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of carpentry within the construction industry. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the creation of quality homes and structures while learning the skills necessary to build a successful career in carpentry.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the construction and installation of frameworks, structures, and fixtures.
• Learning and applying carpentry techniques and best practices.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Following safety standards and protocols at all times.
• Collaborating with experienced carpenters to complete projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Construction experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Strong attention to job site cleanliness.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for pursuing a career in carpentry and construction.
• Physical stamina, the ability to lift heavy objects, and the ability to work on ladders and scaffolding.

Salary and Benefits:

• Full Time
• Salary at $15 - $18 per hour, commensurate with experience.
