Administrative Coordinator

Allen Park, MI

Company makes prototype vehicles and works with government vehicles

Pay : $19 / hr

Hours : 7am-4pm M-F

Job Summary :

This person must be professional, with a strong attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Must have proven experience with MS Office including Excel and Outlook
  • Must have experience scheduling meetings
  • Must be very detail orientated
  • Able to handle confidential information
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong multi-tasking & organizational skills
  • Effective written & verbal communication skills
  • Must possess strong leadership skills
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database system
  • Update and maintain existing data records as needed
  • Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Handle documentation tasks such as organizing, filing, and maintaining records
  • Review resumes and other documents as part of the data entry proces

Education and Experience (required) :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and very detail oriented
  • Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills are required
  • Ability to provide support to various locations, have reliable attendance, and have the ability to work overtime

This position is long term contract to hire
