Sentara Health is currently hiring a Supervisor ENT Vendor Management - SHP/VMO

 This is a Full Time position with day shift hours and great benefits!

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree

  • 6 years related experience

  • 1 year experience in Managed Care

  • 1 year experience Contract Interpretation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience

  • Process Improvement Experience

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Supports Sentara Health Plans strategic business goals through successful partnership with business owners and vendor relationships

  • Provide consistent guidance, mentorship, and support in line with the organization and the Manager, ENT Vendor Management – SHP/VMO

  • Provide leadership support to assigned Vendor Management team members by collaborating with all Vendor Management team members, business owners, vendors and other internal/external stakeholders

  • Partner with all levels of the organization, internal and external, to evaluate, improve and support business processes and Vendor performance

This supervisory level position is a role that supports Sentara Health Plans strategic business goals through successful partnership with business owners and vendor relationships. The job objective is to provide consistent guidance, mentorship, and support in line with the organization and the Manager, ENT Vendor Management – SHP/VMO.
