Sentara is Hiring a Quality Coordinator - Laboratory Services Near Woodbridge, VA

Sentara Health is hiring an experienced Lab Quality Coordinator to work full time days at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, VA. This position will require travel to other Sentara facilities in Charlottesville, VA, Harrisonburg, VA, and South Boston, VA.

Sign on bonus up to $20,000 for qualified candidates!

Quality Coordinator will be responsible for the management of processes to support ongoing compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards system-wide. Interfaces and collaborates with leadership, medical and laboratory staff to establish and implement ongoing compliance, survey readiness, and to meet accreditation and compliance goals. Researches and obtains clarity of standard compliance requirements while keeping leadership informed on progress.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors level degree

- ASCP or AMT certification

- 5 years of related experience.
