Monday-Friday

The position will be hybrid - remote with onsite training requirements or when there is a business need.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling outpatient rehab therapy appointments for patients based on physician orders.

• Obtaining information required for scheduling, verifying patient information, and completing patient registrations.

• Managing a high volume of phone calls continuously during a given shift while maintaining a superior level of attention to detail

• Engaging with patients and team members in a professional manner while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• HS - High School Grad or Equivalent
• One of the four skill levels required:

Transferrable skills (i.e., 1 year or more in a call center environment)

One year experience with medical insurance in a hospital or physician's office

One year experience in a healthcare environment

Completion of healthcare related certificate program.
