Sentara Outpatient Therapy Centers for the Southside Hampton Roads is seeking a Physical Therapist for their Resource Pool
May need to travel to Norfolk, Va, Beach, Chesapeake or Suffolk

Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. Provides age appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.Master's or Doctorate Level Degree preferred. 1 year experience required for Resource Pool applicants. For Hampton Roads Outpatient facilities only - Must obtain Direct Access certification within one year of hire for those with a BS or MS degree
- Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license - Virginia
- Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license - Physical Therapy Compact Commission (PTCOMPACT)
- Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license - North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (NCPT)
- Direct Access Certification (Physical Therapy) - Certification - Other/National
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI
- Bachelor's Level Degree
