Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is the region’s first Magnet Hospital. It is a 525-bed medical center, and home to the area's only Level I Trauma Center, Burn Trauma Unit and Nationally Ranked Heart Program. In addition to a first rate heart program, the hospital is home to Nightingale Regional Air Ambulance and several dedicated facilities and specialized services. Sentara Norfolk General also serves as the primary teaching hospital for undergraduate and graduate education for the adjacent Eastern Virginia Medical School As a Physical Therapist (PT) with Sentara, you evaluate and treat patients with a variety of mobility impairments.
