Sentara Healthcare is seeking to hire an experienced individual to join our team as a Counselor for our Employee Assistance Program.

This is an ON-SITE position, and the incumbent must be able to commute to Sentara Obici Hospital.

This position is flexi/PR with a rotating work schedule. Incumbent must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of related experience Required

• Master's level degree Required

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor OR Registered Nurse Required

•  Licensure preferred - Applicants actively seeking licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT or RN in the state of Virginia may apply with agreement to complete licensure within 2 years
