Sensory Pilates & Performance is looking for a fun, smart, passionate, vibrant, and energetic personality interested in joining a team of like-minded individuals.

This position is meant to be more than just a job. If you are chosen for this role, you will learn about business, customer service, develop a skill set for specific software, learn how to team-build and, much more.

Expect to be part of a tight-knit team that positively affects the lives of our members daily! You will participate in the operation and success of a flourishing fitness studio, build relationships with Sensory members and the community to help maintain and build member base. You will be responsible for providing our members with a best-in-class customer experience.

Expectations:

• Take at least 1 class session a week to learn more about our programs and instructors
• Be on time

• Wear Sensory Fitness branded athletic/exercise attire
• Must be open and adaptable to other tasks that may come at hand
• To develop yourself personally and professionally from this mentorship experience that will carry over to the rest of your life

Roles and Responsibilities:

Reception Desk

• Answer calls/text
• Facilitate and process membership sales
• Respond to missed calls/text in a timely manner
• Check people in
• Sign people up for classes
• Provide studio tours with proficient knowledge on all equipment
• Have proficient knowledge of all products, services, pricing, our studio, and instructor teaching styles
• Emailing and Instagram messaging any prospect clients or member requests

Maintenance/Inventory of Studio

• Responsible for maintaining high standard condition of lobby, restrooms, and studio overall
• Organizing fitness studio equipment before and after classes
• Bathroom stock checks
• Notifying studio manager of low supply/apparel levels of any kind to be approved for purchase

Marketing/Media

• Maintain daily Instagram account (Stories, DM’s)
• Assist in implementing marketing plans by marketing team/studio manager

Software

Wellness Living

✓ Develop and use software skills (client account creation, client scheduling, retailing)

Groupon

✓ Develop and use skills to redeem prospective client vouchers and merge with Mind Body

Classpass

✓ Develop and use skills to assist new Classpass clients

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
