Job Summary :
Supporting one or more areas in Applications Department (lawn, tree, weed), ensure that customer expectations are met through direct supervision of employees in area of responsibility.
Oversee field operation and maintain work quality of all accounts; ensure operations performed by employees are done in a safe and concise manner, including but not limited to operating equipment and vehicles.
Covers accounts due to absenteeism. Inspect activities of employees, identify and provide / oversee training and retraining as needed.
Maintain employee morale, investigate and resolve issues promptly and fairly in accordance with established policies. Ensure workforce labor is utilized effectively.
This is an hourly, non-exempt position. The pay range is $25.72 - $31.00 per hour (Dependent on experience).
