Job Description Job Responsibilities: - Deeply collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing & Production to manage development roadmap to optimize our product offering of outdoor Packaged Power Systems (mostly VSDs) considering the strength of Sensia's supply chain and existing products and their associated cost positions, investment required to deliver, sales volume potential, and company strategic objectives. - Leads development of marketing plans and strategies for our Artificial Lift Packaged Systems, including Variable Speed Drives and associated products, in cooperation with corporate marketing. - Serve as SME and assist in delivering sales training both internally and externally to channel partners. Required Skills and Experience: Candidates must have at least 18 months of wellsite commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairing Variable Speed Drive products used with ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump) or Rod Lift systems and demonstrate high degree of technical knowledge and understanding of the cooling, control, and power systems interactions. Minimum advanced education of a 2-year associate degree in power systems, diesel mechanics, or similar type of program. Preferred: 4-year degree in similar fields including but not limited to Electrical Engineering. Demonstrate strong professional communication skills including but not limited to the the ability to create polished powerpoint presentations, write requirement documents, manage spreadsheets including creating and updating formulas.
