Additional Job Duties:

• Maintain high standards for organization, cleanliness and conditions for exhibition materials in storage
• Performing daily inventory checks and inspections. Reporting any defects, damages, or missing inventory to existing inventory as well as shipments received and sent.
• Thoroughly inspect and maintain equipment utilized in the warehouse, such as a forklift.
• Collaborating with other departments, demonstrating cooperation and professional conduct.
• Using problem solving skills to work around complex project situations.
• Completion of daily job requirements/tasks while exercising adequate time management skills and maintaining work pace appropriate to given workload, performing duties on schedule while maintaining regular attendance and punctuality.
• Good communication skills in order to relay and understand specific instructions from management, supervisors, clients/ customers and fellow coworkers.
• Must utilize reading, writing, computer/ technology and basic arithmetic skills in order to track, record and complete required inventory tracking, cost control to remain in budgetary guidelines, receipt records, bill of ladings, and other record keeping duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,213.09 - $45,654.47 per year

Experience:

• qualifying warehouse: 3 years (Preferred)
• Able to speak, read, write: 3 years (Preferred)
• Basic motor and coordination skills: 3 years (Preferred)
• Handling exhibition materials: 1 year (Preferred)
• Exhibition Industry: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
