The SenS Suites Livermore, SureStay Collection by Best Western hotel in Livermore, CA is hiring for a Part-Time Night Security Associate. This is a graveyard position with the shift starting at 9:00pm, and ending at 5:00am (8 hour shift), and working 2 nights (16 hours) a week, likely on Saturday and Sunday nights. More hours may be available to help cover vacation/sick days from time to time, or as availability allows.

The job responsibilities of this position would include: monitoring our hotel parking lot on foot throughout the night for any safety or security issues of guest/employee vehicles and the hotel buildings; monitoring and maintaining our hotel's "quiet hours" and ensuring all guests have a peaceful, quiet, and enjoyable stay with us; assisting our guests checking into their rooms or with delivering any special request items from the Front Desk (help carry luggage upstairs when needed, delivering extra linens or amenities, etc.); inspecting vacant rooms routinely, basic maintenance work in guest rooms if issue arises over night (such as unclogging toilets, replacing batteries, replacing light bulbs, etc.); assisting the Front Desk and working with local Police department with any evictions when necessary due to noise complaints, illegal activity, etc.; and whatever else that may be necessary during the night.

Previous customer service experience is required.
