Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
NEW OPENINGS ADDED! BOTH 1ST AND 2ND SHIFT AVAILABLE! ENTRY-LEVEL POSITIONS WITH ROOM TO GROW!
- Guarantee that all product is built in the correct and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications
- Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company
- Follow all company policies in accordance with the employee handbook
- Learn building materials and all jargon to ensure future growth and knowledge
- Guarantee that all job tracking procedures are followed
- A minimum years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- A solid understanding of production and organizational methods
- Previous experience with blueprints, hand tools, tape measures, and drills
- Fine-tuned communication skills
- Ability to remember processes and materials used in the building process
- High School Diploma or GED, desired

Physical Requirements:
The work environment is in a manufacturing facility where frequent interruptions, distractions, and moderate levels of noise occur. It requires wearing safety glasses (provided) and other required personal protective equipment.
