LPN assists the Registered Nurse and Director with planning, coordinating, and managing the home care service and complies with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations - while promoting healthy living and assisting with pairing clients and suitable caregivers based on client needs and caregiver's skills and availability.

The LPN is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and monitoring of home care service delivery under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Essential Functions (Including but not limited to the following):
Reviews client service agreements with R.N.
Required Qualifications Licensed with the State of Minnesota as a L.P.N.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in working with older adults.
Job Types: Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $36.50 - $41.75 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
