Description

• Laundry as assigned

• General housekeeping for the building

• Clean assigned rooms- change bed sheets once a week unless more is needed, empty

  garbage daily, wipe down doorways and walls, vacuum floors, pick up clutter, wipe door

  handles, dust furniture and wipe down kitchen sink

• Clean assigned bathrooms- shower and curtains, sink, mirror, vanity, floor, scrub toilet

  and wipe around exterior, replace towels, empty garbage and replace liner, mop floor,

  add toilet paper and soap as needed

• Wipe out microwaves and refrigerators as needed. Defrost freezers once a month or as

  needed, watch for expired food in fridges.

• Complete all of your assigned areas. Do everything possible to make sure all areas are

  neat, clean and comfortable for our residents and guests

• Follow dress code, keeping all clothing neat and clean

• Maintain lists of items needing attention by maintenance and enter into Asana work

  orders

• Refill all towel dispensers when needed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must be able to read information on chemicals and MSDS sheets

• Mut have a current Food Handlers Permit

• TB test taken within 14 days of hire

• Must complete a pre-employment drug screening

• Complete Core Competency Training

• Must be Covid Vaccinated

• Must be CPR certified within 3 months of hire

• Understand Resident Rights

• Report any evidence of abuse or exploitation of the residents to the Executive Director

• All resident records and information are confidential. Inquires will be directed to the
