Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly companionship, respecting seniors' preferences and encouraging independence.
- Offer empathetic emotional support, lending a listening ear to those in need.
- Collaborate with seniors to plan and engage in activities promoting well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Provide transportation to appointments and errands to keep seniors connected.
Minimum Requirements:
- Pass background and reference checks.
- Be an older adult with 45 years of life experience.
- Hold a valid driver's license and have a reliable insured vehicle.
- Availability for 6-8 hours on the weekends.
- Possess a personal cell phone and private email account.
- Fluent in conversational English.
- Reside centrally in our Greater Boston/Metrowest service area.
