Responsibilities : - Provide friendly companionship to alleviate feelings of loneliness or isolation, while promoting independence.

• Offer empathetic emotional support and engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being. - Assist with daily living tasks and transportation to appointments, social events, and errands.
• Provide gentle medication reminders to ensure seniors adhere to their prescribed schedules Minimum Requirements : - Pass a background check and reference checks.
• Have 6-8 hours of weekly availability - Possess a personal cell phone and private email account. - Be fluent in conversational English.
• Live centrally in our Greater Boston / Metrowest service area. Desired Qualities : - Genuine enthusiasm for assisting seniors.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. - Empathy and understanding of elderly individuals' needs. - Ability to maintain a positive and patient demeanor.
